Brownfield Redevelopment

ECA has extensive experience assisting our customers to assess, manage, and mitigate environmental concerns associated with blighted, contaminated properties referred to as brownfields. Our team of scientists, engineers, and geologists perform site investigations (Phase I and II ESAs), coordinate with regulatory officials, and assist with the implementation of engineering and/or institutional controls.

Select staff also have experience navigating incentive programs such as grants and tax credits for the purpose of helping transform blighted properties into repurposed, productive assets.
