Vapor Intrusion Assessments

Vapor intrusion from subsurface contamination into indoor air is an often overlooked component of risk evaluation associated with both new and existing development. ECA has extensive experience conducting soil gas, sub-slab, and indoor air sampling as part of isolated investigations or larger assessments (Phase II ESA).

Our team is staffed by individuals who interpret air sampling data against EPA Vapor Intrusion Screening Levels (VISL), or applicable comparison criteria, and develop and implement mitigation strategies to help customers manage vapor intrusion and ensure compliance.
